Virginien has over 20 years of experience working with a wide range of Corporate Legal; IP functions. Through his program management skills, he focuses on leveraging technology and innovation to the benefit of the legal and IP community. People first, Virginien assists customers with optimizing all aspects of their Legal and IP operations: processes, technology and organizational. He translates complex business needs into actionable business and functional requirements. He also managed global Legal; IP e-billing, Contract Lifecycle, Document Management, Matter Management projects as project director, including active collaboration with finance, IT, tax/compliance, and procurement functions.
