She has over 23 years of experience gained from private practice and in-house roles as well as consulting engagements for some of the world’s largest IP owners across Europe, US and ASIA.

Nadine specialises in establishing and leading large-scale transformation projects focused on achieving operational excellence, including leveraging and optimising advancements in technology.
Nadine is passionate in delivering tangible benefits to clients. She approaches engagements from a change and transformation perspective through exceeding expectations, managing stakeholders, and empowering and inspiring team members at all levels. She has a truly unique in-depth knowledge and expertise of the IP-tech sector and advancements in digitalisation and innovation.
In addition, Nadine frequently works alongside the Private Equity and the investment community advising on M&A, conducting due diligence as well as providing input on product strategy and roadmaps.
Nadine was also shortlisted for the European Woman of Legal-Tech award 2020 and serves on the CLOC IP Committee. She is Six Sigma qualified as well as PMP Certified and a PRINCE2 practitioner. In addition, Nadine holds numerous Change and Transformation, Change Management, Organisational Design and Business Analysis qualifications.
